Overnight ACCOMMODATIONS

Avon Hill features 4 rentable buildings available to our guests. The Lodge, Overlook, and Blue Ridge Suite are situated right next to each other, while the pool and Pool House are a quick 5 minute walk through the trees. We only rent to one group at a time, so you can be sure you’ll have complete privacy during your stay. Start with the Lodge and add on the others to fit your needs.

Avon Hill Lodge sleeps up to 20 guests in both private and shared bedrooms, including two pull out couches. The grand home features an expansive wrap around deck, central Sirius/XM radio, 60" HDTV, upper-level balcony, mountain views, a ping pong table, and a professional grade kitchen and appliances. The courtyard features a custom masonry fire pit, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs, making this the perfect spot to relax in any season.

The Overlook sleeps 16 guests (8 on the lower floor and 8 on the upper floor). Upstairs enjoy the wrap-around deck with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the surrounding scenery. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The lower floor features ADA accessibility, a covered porch with seating and ceiling fans, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

The Blue Ridge Suite sleeps up to 4 with a double bed and a small pull out couch. This suite includes a full kitchen, full bathroom and a deck for mountain views and beautiful sunsets, making it a truly luxurious lodging experience.

The Pool House sleeps four people on the upper floor on one double bed and two twin beds. The Pool House features a full kitchen, full bath, and sitting room, making it perfect for a family or group of friends. The Pool House has a central stereo system with auxiliary input to the inside and outside, small deck overlooking the mountains, and a spacious screened in porch with ceiling fan.. The Pool House is a short walk from the Lodge, Overlook and Blue Ridge Suite.
